Very professional and effective massage, can really tell Christian is very experienced and understands exactly where to apply pressure and for how long. One of the best massage experiences I’ve had and I’m feeling fantastic after it. Highly recommend Christian!

We needed a sports injury specialist at short notice whilst on holiday in Paphos. I messaged in the morning and he came to our villa same day with all the equipment, bed etc and did an excellent job. Great service, paid via Apple Pay too, even easier!

I had a 90 minute massage from Christian, and it was absolutely amazing. We really dug deep resolving many muscle knots that has been with me for a long time. If you’re in Paphos and want a massage, I highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and professional. You can tell immediately that he has real expertise — precise technique, great pressure, and he focuses on the areas that actually need work. Left feeling genuinely better. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with the massage therapy in Paphos. The deep tissue treatment was both relaxing and healing, and I left with noticeably less pain. Professional, calming, and highly effective — I truly recommend it to anyone looking for quality massage therapy in Paphos.

I had a great experience with Christian. I chose the deep tissue sports massage and it was fantastic—just be patient, as the full results are felt a few days later. It is 100% worth it, especially if you have back issues.

About massage for cyclists in Paphos

Cycling loads the body in one fixed position for hours, and the problems it produces are predictable: tight hip flexors and quads, a lower back that stiffens on long climbs, and a neck and upper back that ache from the drops. I come to the villa, hotel or camp base with the table.

Where it hurts

What cycling does to the body.

  • Hip flexors and quads

Hours in a closed hip angle shorten the flexors and overload the quads; the first sign is a lower back that complains on climbs.

    Treatment: Myofascial Release
  • ITB and lateral knee

Repetitive knee flexion with a tight TFL and glute med drags the ITB across the lateral femoral condyle.

    Treatment: Deep Tissue
  • Lower back

A rounded lumbar spine held under load, plus tight hip flexors tilting the pelvis — the erectors work all ride.

    Treatment: Deep Tissue
  • Neck and upper back

Looking up from the drops loads the upper trapezius, levator and suboccipitals for hours; headaches after long rides come from here.

    Treatment: Trigger Point

Planning

How I would plan it.

  1. 1

During a camp or block: a recovery session between hard days and one deeper session late in the week.

  2. 2

Year-round riders: sports massage every 2–3 weeks through the season, deeper work in the off-season.

  3. 3

Any ride longer than usual: post-ride recovery within 48 hours.

Before an event

Before a sportive or race: a lighter session 2–4 days out. No deep work the day before.

After an event

After: 24–72 hours later, once the acute soreness has peaked.

Camp season is October–March; residents ride all year. Coral Bay, Kato Paphos and the Pegeia villas are all in range.

Pricing

What a session costs.

Travel anywhere in the Paphos district is included in the session price — no call-out fee. Beyond the district — Polis, Latchi, the Limassol side — is usually possible too. Ask, and I will quote any travel time before you commit.

What this is — and what it is not

  • This is clinical treatment, not a spa or adult service.
  • You stay covered except for the area being worked on, and you undress only to your own comfort.
  • You are welcome to have a partner, friend or family member present — many clients do.
  • Fresh linens for every client, the table is sanitised between sessions, and hands are washed on arrival.
  • Cash or bank transfer after the session. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session.

Questions

Cyclists ask.

Do you come to training camps and cycling hotels?
Yes. Villas, hotels and camp bases across the Paphos district; group schedules can be arranged for the week.
How soon after a long ride should I book?
Within 48 hours for recovery work; the next day is ideal.
Will deep work affect the next day’s ride?
Deep tissue the day before a hard ride is a bad idea; recovery work is fine. Tell me your plan for the week and I will match the depth to it.
