Very professional and effective massage, can really tell Christian is very experienced and understands exactly where to apply pressure and for how long. One of the best massage experiences I’ve had and I’m feeling fantastic after it. Highly recommend Christian!

We needed a sports injury specialist at short notice whilst on holiday in Paphos. I messaged in the morning and he came to our villa same day with all the equipment, bed etc and did an excellent job. Great service, paid via Apple Pay too, even easier!

I had a 90 minute massage from Christian, and it was absolutely amazing. We really dug deep resolving many muscle knots that has been with me for a long time. If you’re in Paphos and want a massage, I highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and professional. You can tell immediately that he has real expertise — precise technique, great pressure, and he focuses on the areas that actually need work. Left feeling genuinely better. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with the massage therapy in Paphos. The deep tissue treatment was both relaxing and healing, and I left with noticeably less pain. Professional, calming, and highly effective — I truly recommend it to anyone looking for quality massage therapy in Paphos.

Christian gave an absolutely fantastic massage and would recommend 10/10 to anyone who is looking for a well priced and talented masseuse.

I had a great experience with Christian. I chose the deep tissue sports massage and it was fantastic—just be patient, as the full results are felt a few days later. It is 100% worth it, especially if you have back issues.

Why this treatment

Why clients in Paphos book post-workout recovery massage

Post-workout recovery massage in Paphos is deliberately the lightest thing I do. After a hard session, a long ride or a race the muscles are full of the by-products of effort and the small tears that training is meant to cause; the point of a post-training massage is to move fluid through the tissue, ease the soreness that peaks a day or two later, and find anything that is quietly tightening before it turns into a problem. The work is rhythmic and flushing rather than deep, and it stays that way on purpose — you should get off the table looser, not beaten up, and able to train properly again sooner. It suits gym-goers in a heavy lifting block, cyclists and triathletes on camp between double days, and anyone whose next session is being limited by the last one. A typical booking is a runner in a Kato Paphos apartment the day after the coastal path has been run further than planned. I am based in Chlorakas and cover the Paphos district with the table.

What clients come to me with

  • Quads that will not manage the stairs two days after a hard leg session.
  • Calves and hamstrings that feel like rope the morning after a long ride.
  • Shoulders and lats that ache after a heavy swim or pull day.
  • Soreness that is lasting longer with every week of the block.
  • The stiffness that sets in after a long flight when you want to train the next day.

Who this is for

Is post-workout recovery massage right for you?

  • The day or two after a hard session, long ride, run or race.
  • Training camps: recovery between double days.
  • Heavy lifting blocks with soreness that will not clear.
  • Anyone whose next session is being limited by the last one.

The session

What happens in a post-workout recovery massage session at your home

  1. A quick check-in on what you did and where you feel it.

  2. Flushing, rhythmic work to move fluid and ease soreness, then targeted work on anything that is tightening up.

  3. Lighter than a deep-tissue session on purpose — recovery, not restructuring. You can stop or ease the pressure at any point.

  4. Guidance on the next 24 hours: movement, hydration, when to train hard again.

What I bring:
A professional treatment table, fresh linens and oils — and the deep-tissue device when a session calls for it. You provide nothing but a bit of floor space.
What you need:
About 2 × 2 metres of clear floor; set-up takes around 10 minutes.

Travel included in Paphos, Kato Paphos, Chlorakas, Coral Bay, Tala, Tsada, Geroskipou, Kissonerga, Pegeia, Emba and Konia — and everywhere else in the Paphos district, travel included. Beyond the district — Polis, Latchi, the Limassol side — is usually possible too. Ask, and I will quote any travel time before you commit.

Before you book

Post-workout recovery massage: what it is, and when not to book one

This is clinical treatment, not a spa or adult service.

  • You stay covered except for the area being worked on, and you undress only to your own comfort.
  • You are welcome to have a partner, friend or family member present — many clients do.
  • Fresh linens for every client, the table is sanitised between sessions, and hands are washed on arrival.
  • The session starts with a short assessment and you can stop or adjust the pressure at any point.

When not to book

  • Fever, infection or feeling unwell — reschedule.
  • Recent surgery, fracture or an acute injury under 72 hours old — see a doctor first.
  • Blood-thinning medication or a clotting disorder — tell me before we start; pressure is adjusted.
  • Unexplained, severe or worsening pain, numbness or weakness — that is a doctor first, massage second.

If in doubt, message me first — I would rather say no than treat something that needs a doctor.

Questions

Post-workout recovery massage in Paphos: common questions

How soon after training should I book?
Same day to 48 hours after is ideal. After a race, 24–72 hours later once the acute soreness has peaked.
Will it make me too sore to train tomorrow?
No — post-workout work is lighter than deep tissue by design. You should feel looser, not beaten up.
Do you come to training camps and hotels?
Yes. Coral Bay, Kato Paphos and the resort hotels are all in range, and group bookings can be arranged.
