Mobile massage in Paphos.Deep-tissue massage therapist — I come to your home, villa or hotel.
I'm Chris — Norwegian-certified, 10+ years. Deep tissue, sports, relaxing and prenatal massage on a professional table in your own home, villa or hotel. €90 for 60 minutes, travel included anywhere in the Paphos district.
A professional treatment table, fresh linens and oils — and the deep-tissue device when a session calls for it. You provide nothing but a bit of floor space. About 2 × 2 metres of clear floor is enough; set-up takes around 5 minutes.
1
Assess
A short assessment to find what is actually causing the problem, the treatment itself, then simple homework so the change holds between sessions.
2
Treat
Deep-tissue work is firm and you will feel it, but it is never a contest. Pressure is adjusted to you throughout and you can stop at any time.
3
Homework
Drink water, move gently, and expect some tenderness for a day or two after deep work — that is normal and passes.
4
Pay after
Cash or bank transfer after the session. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session.
This is clinical treatment, not a spa or adult service.
You stay covered except for the area being worked on, and you undress only to your own comfort.
You are welcome to have a partner, friend or family member present — many clients do.

I’m Chris — a Norwegian-certified massage therapist with a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and Nutrition from Norway, in clinical practice since 2015: over ten years, from weekend cyclists to years-old back pain. Most of my work is firm, hands-on deep tissue and sports massage, guided by a short assessment rather than a fixed routine — and if what you want is a calm hour instead, that is a real booking here too. I work in English and Norwegian.
The same therapist every session, and my reputation rides on whether your pain actually changes.
You message me directly. No reception, no waiting list, no handover notes.
You train hard. Those deep knots will not release with foam rolling. Firm, specific hands-on work through the muscle and fascia restores range a roller never reaches — and where something refuses to shift, I add a device to hold the depth.
You have tried everything. Pills. Physio. Spa massages. What tends to break the cycle is an assessment that finds the structure actually holding the problem, then deep, specific work on it — not another hour of the same routine.
In Paphos for a week, or hosting someone who is? I bring the table and everything else to your hotel room, villa or Airbnb — and a session at their own door makes a gift for someone here all year.
“Very professional and effective massage, can really tell Christian is very experienced and understands exactly where to apply pressure and for how long. One of the best massage experiences I’ve had and I’m feeling fantastic after it. Highly recommend Christian!”

“We needed a sports injury specialist at short notice whilst on holiday in Paphos. I messaged in the morning and he came to our villa same day with all the equipment, bed etc and did an excellent job. Great service, paid via Apple Pay too, even easier!”

“I had a great experience with Christian. I chose the deep tissue sports massage and it was fantastic—just be patient, as the full results are felt a few days later. It is 100% worth it, especially if you have back issues.…”
Chris brings a professional table, fresh linens and oils — you only need about 2 × 2 metres of floor space. He sets up in around five minutes. The session starts with a short assessment, followed by treatment and simple homework to help the change hold.
Is this a spa or adult service?
This is clinical treatment, not a spa or adult service. You stay covered except for the area being worked on, and you undress only to your own comfort. You are welcome to have a partner, friend or family member present — many clients do.
Does deep-tissue massage hurt?
It is firm and you will feel it working, but it is never a contest. Pressure is adjusted to you throughout the session and you can stop or ease off at any point. Some tenderness for a day or two afterwards is normal.
Where does PaphosMassage.cy operate?
This is a mobile massage service — the therapist travels to you with all equipment, anywhere in the Paphos district, with travel included in the price. That covers Paphos, Kato Paphos, Chlorakas, Coral Bay, Tala, Tsada, Geroskipou, Kissonerga, Pegeia, Emba, Konia and every village between them; if your address is in the district, it is covered.
How much does a massage in Paphos cost?
A single 60-minute session is €90 and includes a full assessment, a customised plan and follow-up. An extended 90-minute session is €130 and covers full-body work across multiple areas. Travel anywhere in the Paphos district is included — no call-out fee; beyond the district I quote any travel before you commit.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Cash or bank transfer after the session. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session.
How do I book, and how fast do you reply?
Booking is direct over WhatsApp or phone at +357 95 091 026 — no gatekeepers, no waiting. Messages usually answered within 2 hours (Mon–Sun 09:00–23:00). Same-day slots are often available. Seven days a week, evenings included.
Is there a package deal?
Yes. Pre-book five massage sessions as a package and get one additional session free — six sessions in total. Contact me to arrange the package and appointment times.
What kinds of massage are offered?
Eight treatment types: Deep Tissue, Relaxing, Couples, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Therapeutic, Post-Workout, Injury Rehab, Prenatal, Mechanical Deep Tissue. The treatment best suited to your needs is selected after assessment.
Who is the therapist?
Chris — a Norwegian-certified therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Nutrition from Norway and over 10 years of clinical practice, specialising in deep tissue and sports massage. It is a one-man operation, so the same therapist treats you every time.
How is this different from a spa massage?
Most of what I do is functional, hands-on treatment aimed at the cause of the problem rather than the sore spot — deep tissue, sports, myofascial and trigger point work. If what you want is simply a calm, full-body hour, book a relaxing massage; that is a real treatment here too, not a consolation prize.
Do you treat pregnancy-related pain?
Yes. A dedicated 60-minute prenatal treatment is available for expectant mothers from the second trimester, focused on back pain relief, reduced swelling and better sleep. Please mention which week you are in when you book, and check with your GP first if you have high blood pressure, pre-eclampsia or a clotting history.
Deep tissue vs Swedish massage comes down to purpose. Swedish is for relaxation and general tension; deep tissue is a slower, more specific treatment for chronic tightness and restricted movement. Choose by problem, not by pressure.
Myofascial release is slow, sustained pressure into restricted connective tissue so that layers glide again. For myofascial release Paphos, I bring the table to your home and work the fascia mechanically, not the surface.
Massage cost Paphos, plainly: €90 for 60 minutes and €130 for 90 minutes at your home, hotel or villa, a package of five pre-booked sessions includes one additional free session. Most soft-tissue problems I treat settle in a short course rather than open-ended weekly appointments.
